Resident or Non-resident?

A "resident" is any person who "lives within the city limits" of Berlin. This is not to be confused with being a Berlin School District resident. City and School boundaries are not the same. A "school district resident" is a person who "lives within the Berlin School District." Even though your mailing address is "Berlin," this does not necessarily mean you are a "city resident." Most programs or classes have a different fee for residents and non-residents. Non-residents pay and additional surcharge established by the Berlin Parks & Recreation Commission. The Parks & Recreation Department reserves the right to remove anyone falsifying information. If you have any question regarding residency, please call the Parks & Recreation Department at 920-361-KIDS.
