Resident or Non-resident?

A "resident" is any person who "lives within the city limits" of Berlin . This is not to be confused with being a Berlin School District resident. City and School boundaries are not the same. A "school district resident" is a person who "lives within the Berlin School District ." Even though your mailing address is " Berlin ," this does not necessarily mean you are a "city resident." Most programs or classes have a different fee for residents and non-residents. If you have any question regarding residency, please call the Parks & Recreation Department at 920-361-5437.
